Good Leadership = Acting Mission First
Nothing can derail a team more than a leader who chases the latest shiny object and forgets to ask the question: Does this support the mission?
When you make decisions and do things that don't connect with the mission, it confuses the team and leads to misdirection and unfocused and uncommitted teams.
